campusreportonline.net is brought to you by Accuracy In Academia

campusreportonline.net offers internships in the field of journalism. Interns at Accuracy in Academia write for the Campus Report, a monthly newsletter, and both AIA websites—www.academia.org and www.campusreportonline.net. Applicants for these positions should have experience in journalism or an interest in writing. We welcome applications from students of any academic field. We invite high school, college, and graduate students, as well as those recently graduated from college, to apply. AIA interns tackle a number of different tasks and projects. Internships are available year round and pay a stipend of $50 a day, with flexible hours and days. As an intern at Accuracy in Academia, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Investigate classroom bias
  • Report on campus free speech abuse
  • Attend Washington, D. C. press conferences and meetings
  • Help plan AIA conferences and events
  • And much more!

If you would like to fill out an Internship Application Form, you can download it as a Word document or a PDF file. If you need to download Acrobat Reader to view the .pdf file, you can get it here.

Along with your completed application, please include the following: cover letter, resume, two references and a writing sample (2-6 pages in length).

Application Deadlines:

Summer: April 30
Fall: August 26
Winter: December 16

All applications are processed on a rolling basis, so that early applications are always preferable.
